Renting the
Villa
La Fontaine can be rented all year round.
Water, electricity, and gas are included in the price.
Linen can be hired at £7.50 per double bed, £4.50 per
single bed, and £2.50 per large towel.
Air conditioners, of which there are three can be hired for
£10 per week each.
Changeover day is normally Saturday.
The villa should be vacated by 10 o'clock on the last day.
BOOKING DEPOSIT.
a) 25% of the rental to be paid as a deposit to reserve the
property.
b) Balance of the rental to be paid 8 weeks before the
holiday.
